Private beta terms
Terms of Service
Effective 2 September 2026 · Last updated 2 September 2026 · Version terms-v1.0
Service and operator
Talentria is a private-beta service operated personally by Afroz Ahmed Khan in Finland. Access may be limited, changed or discontinued during the beta. Users must protect credentials and act only for organizations they are authorized to represent.
Employers
Employers may use identity-protected talent information only for legitimate recruitment. They must not scrape, bypass security or entitlements, or attempt unauthorized re-identification or contact before the approved introduction process.
Recruitment agencies
Agencies provide candidate information and must have appropriate authority to do so, keep it accurate, and preserve required candidate notices. Agencies retain their candidate relationships.
Matching and introductions
Talentria facilitates deterministic matching and introductions; it does not make hiring decisions or guarantee availability, suitability, response or placement. Candidate Interested is opportunity-specific. Identity release requires the implemented authorization gates.
Commercial terms and billing
Employer-agency commercial terms remain between those parties. Talentria records contractual placement amounts but does not collect or verify agency placement-fee payment. Talentria subscription fees are separate. Paid billing may use Stripe-hosted Checkout when enabled.
Acceptable use, privacy and support
Security bypass, unauthorized access, misuse of candidate data and interference with the service are prohibited. Privacy handling is described in the Privacy Notices. The Privacy Rights form and authenticated support access are the currently configured contact channels.
Legal review remains
Liability, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution, suspension, termination, retention, service levels and formal contracting provisions require legal review and are not invented here.
