Candidate Privacy Notice

Effective 2 September 2026 · Last updated 2 September 2026 · Version talentria-candidate-consent-v1

Where candidate information comes from

A recruitment agency supplies the initial identity-protected profile and may hold the candidate's name and contact details in Talentria's restricted private store. Candidates provide availability and introduction decisions directly through secure public links.

What employers see

Before identity release, employers see an identity-protected professional profile. They do not receive the private name, email, phone or LinkedIn fields through search or matching. Identity release requires a specific employer request, the candidate's verified Interested decision, accepted commercial terms between employer and agency, and agency approval.

Availability and opportunity links

Availability links record the selected availability response. Opportunity links record Interested or Declined for that specific introduction. Interested requires a one-time code sent to the email stored for the candidate. This introduction decision is scoped to the opportunity and identity-release workflow; it is not presented as agreement to every use of personal data.

Operational records

Talentria records secure-token status, decision evidence, workflow events, notifications and, where a hiring process progresses, interview, offer and placement records. Accepted commercial terms are kept separately from candidate-facing pages.

Privacy requests

A candidate can contact Talentria directly to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. A request opens a controlled case. Talentria verifies the requester before disclosing or changing candidate information.
